Theatre Department Presents Brown Bag Theatre Production
From Erin Langen, Theatre Teacher:
The Period 7 Theatre Arts class produced our first Brown Bag showcase on Wednesday, February 10. Nadia L. '21 and Lourdes F. '22 have been rehearsing the one-act dramatic play "Poof" by Lynn Nottage for the past two months, and they were performed it during lunch for an appreciative audience on the quad outside the Justice Center. We chose this play to highlight a contemporary female playwright, as well as choosing a play that had two major roles to feature two of our most experienced actresses, Nadia and Lourdes. Click here to watch a video of our Brown Bag Theatre production of "Poof", and we hope you enjoy watching it!
