The Grauer School's High School Surf Team Wins Competition

From Brian Dugan, Surf Coach:

On February 3, The Grauer School Surf Team defeated High Tech High at Army Navy Academy in Carlsbad. Congratulations to all our surfers who showed up in a big way to overcome one of the top rated teams in our division. Grauer surfers also dominated in individual rounds of competition. Noa H. '18 made the final in both longboard and shortboard. Kai S. '21 took 1st place overall in body board, maintaining his place as the highest rated bodyboarder in the division. Kasey B. '20 made the final for men's shortboard and took 2nd place overall in longboard. Senior Colin Q. '18 took 4th in longboard as well.

A huge thanks to all that came out and supported our team in this critical match-up, and thanks to all of our team surfers: Ivy H. '21, Noa H. '18, Erik H. '21, Kasey B. '20, Case C. '21, Colin Q. '18, and Kai S. '21. Our final meet of the season is on March 3 at La Jolla Shores, so please come out and support the team!
