Grauerpalooza 2026: A Celebration Of The Arts

A huge thanks to everyone involved in Grauerpalooza 2026, our 22nd Celebration of the Arts at The Grauer School! The vibe on campus in the afternoon on Friday, May 15, was perfect, featuring a diverse showcase of music with so many musicians and performances from our Middle and High School music program. This year’s lineup primarily featured classics from the 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s. 

In the gazebo, Visual Arts students made special screen-printed "Grauer Arts" t-shirts with colorful gorilla face designs. Contact Johnny King if you're interested in purchasing a t-shirt for $20. The Visual Arts display took place in The Justice Center, where student artwork from all grades was displayed. The QAC Club sold food and drinks, the Girl Rising Club sold ice cream sundaes, the Bring Change to Mind Club collected personalized notes written to Grauerpalooza performers, Seniors sold items from their Senior businesses, and delicious Mexican food was served by El Puerto Mexican & Seafood Restaurant. We loved seeing families watching the show throughout the quad, meeting current and new-to-Grauer families, and reconnecting with all of the alumni that showed up. It was a fantastic event!

Dana Abplanalp-Diggs, Head of School, added, "Congratulations on the 22nd year of Grauerpalooza 'magic' and seeing Isaac, Tom, and Clayton performing on our outdoor stages. It's always a highlight of the year! Johnny, I loved this year's Grauer Arts t-shirts, and look forward to seeing them around campus. Grauerpalooza is always a beautiful celebration of Grauer's Arts programs, and the arts is one of the main reasons families cite as to why they chose to attend Grauer. The talent on the stage was incredible!" 

Alicia Tembi, Principal, added, "What a fun-filled, magical evening! The energy was so incredibly positive, and we had a fantastic turnout. Huge thanks to Tom, Isaac, and Spencer for the weeks of time and effort poured into the event. Your vision is truly so appreciated. Your students absolutely crushed it on stage - they clearly had a blast performing. The song choices were so fun! Thank you for exposing students to a wide range of music, and for inspiring them to explore what is out there. Johnny - we always look forward to seeing the next Grauer Arts t-shirt! Thank you for encouraging our students to create and think outside the box. This year's shirt was an awesome community effort of many artists - very on brand for Grauer. It is so special to get a t-shirt hot off the press!"
