On November 26, Jessi Brown took her Spanish II and Spanish IV classes on their annual field trip to the Costa Brava restaurant in Pacific Beach. Jessi has been taking students to Costa Brava for over a decade.
In Spanish II, the students are studying the food unit and learned how to order food in Spanish. The staff is very helpful about speaking only in Spanish to the students. Many of the students had never had authentic Spanish food before, so they also learned about the history of Tapas in class and then enjoyed eating them at the restaurant.

The Grauer School had two High School teams competing at the San Diego Science Olympiad competition at the University of San Diego on March 16. Our teams competed in a variety of events across the STEAM spectrum.
