Students in Dance PE class presented a Jazz Dance performance for friends and families. The students spent months developing their jazz dance technique, and then several weeks rehearsing the two dances shown in the performance.

Students in Dance PE class presented a Jazz Dance performance for friends and families. The performance featured ten dancers, with original choreography by Raina and Cooper. The students spent months developing their jazz dance technique, and then several weeks rehearsing the two dances shown in the performance. This performance showcased our students' creativity, perseverance, and the strong bond that they have formed with one another. The performance was a huge success and an incredible time was had by all. Congratulations to all of our Dance PE students! I would also like to thank Jessi Brown for working with the students in the Dance PE Class during my maternity leave.
It’s been a busy year. Summer is for slowing down. So exhale, settle in, set your phone aside for ten minutes, and let this story keep you company for a while. It begins in an attic full of old boxes we're clearing out, but it ends with a deceptive question every one of us is going to have to answer: What deserves to survive us?
The Grauer School was an event sponsor at EcoFest 2026, and hosted a booth at the event. Booth visitors picked up wildflower seeds that attract pollinators, and learned about The Grauer School's unique program as well as our sustainable activities and initiatives.
Grauer students flew to Sacramento for the day to support California Senate Bill SB 965. The bill eliminates the requirement of an in-person parent signature in order for a 16 or 17-year-old student to obtain a library card.
The Visual Arts Department submitted artwork from 45 Grauer students, plus the Yearbook team, to the San Diego County Fair this year. We would like to congratulate all of our students who were awarded with ribbons on their artwork pieces.
