Grauer 2021 Spelling Bee Representative

Congratulations to Erin W. '25 for representing The Grauer School at the virtual San Diego Union-Tribune Countywide Spelling Bee on March 17 via Zoom. Erin made it to two rounds, successfully spelling "sword" in the first round and then going out in the second round on the word “supplicate”. We were so proud to have Erin represent our school! After a recent ski trip, Dr. Grauer reflects on his lifelong passion for skiing and the real reason that he enjoys it, which is much more complicated than just racing down a hill.
A guest speaker explained the science behind the different COVID-19 vaccines with Grauer students, and shared his experience of working to develop a COVID-19 vaccine candidate.
