FIRST Robotics Meet Hosted by The Grauer School
From Morgan Brown, Shockwave Robotics Team Coach: The Grauer School hosted the 3rd-round FIRST Tech Challenge League meet on Saturday, February 5. The event was held outside on the school's basketball court area this year, in accordance with the COVID-19 safety protocols required by the San Diego FTC organization. Fourteen teams from Southern California converged on campus to put their robots to the test. The students have put in countless hours over the past 4 months designing, building, programming, troubleshooting, and improving their robots to compete in this year's challenge, Freight Frenzy. The Grauer School's Shockwave #3848 High School Robotics team not only hosted the event but also participated as a competing team in the league meet.
