We would like to give a huge shoutout to all of our 7th Grade students for completing the ropes course at the UCSD Challenge Course on September 2. Although it was a hot day, they all did an incredible job at conquering their fears, working collaboratively, and being there for each other. They are already such a tight-knit group and are growing in their Grauer Core Values. The Grauer School was an event sponsor at EcoFest 2026, and hosted a booth at the event. Booth visitors picked up wildflower seeds that attract pollinators, and learned about The Grauer School's unique program as well as our sustainable activities and initiatives.

Grauer students flew to Sacramento for the day to support California Senate Bill SB 965. The bill eliminates the requirement of an in-person parent signature in order for a 16 or 17-year-old student to obtain a library card.

The Visual Arts Department submitted artwork from 45 Grauer students, plus the Yearbook team, to the San Diego County Fair this year. We would like to congratulate all of our students who were awarded with ribbons on their artwork pieces.
