Spring Gala

Fun. Friends. Food & Spirits. And in good spirits, to raise important funds for our school.

It is time to come together in celebration. This event will be elevated, but still feel like a Grauer Gala. It will be fun. There will be a photobooth, casino games, a speakeasy, and dancing. Get ready for a roaring time with your closest Grauer friends and family.

Join us! Your ticket includes entry to the event, an open bar, a plated dinner, a dessert station, and a guaranteed roaring time. A VIP ticket includes all of the perks of a regularly-priced ticket, plus reserve parking and seating for the program.

At The Grauer School Campus.

The event begins outdoors in our quad, however guests will move indoors beginning at 7:30PM.

If you purchased a VIP Ticket, we will have a reserved parking spot ready for you on campus. All other parking is on a first come, first serve basis. We highly encourage alternative modes of transportation, such as Uber, Lyft, or your Ford Model T.

We are proud to partner again with Giuseppe Fine Catering, who has put together a delicious plated dinner menu. You will select your main course upon purchasing your ticket: Chicken “Ballottine” or Cast Iron Roasted Sea Bass. There is also a Vegetarian/Vegan option.

Your ticket includes a fully-hosted bar, plus wine service at dinner.

Grab a feather boa, pearls or your top hat and get ready for a roaring time. The vibe is 1920’s: dress to impress in black or gold attire. Tuxedos and flapper dresses? You bet. Black pants and a sequin top? Sure! We ultimately want you to be comfortable.

This is a casual, open seated event. We will have long tables inside of Meyer Hall where you will choose your seating. VIP guests will have reserved seating closer to the front of the stage.

Just bring yourself and your 1920’s vibes! Also make sure you have a charged phone on hand to participate in mobile bidding.  At check in, every guest will receive a nametag and a program book.

• 6:00-7:30PM: Outdoor Cocktail Hour, Silent Auction and Games
• 7:30-9:00PM: Indoor Seated Dinner, Live Auction and Program
• 9:00-10:00PM: Dancing and Speakeasy

The auction will open on Wednesday, May 1. Silent auction items will be available for bidding online via our Mobile Bidding App, and can also be viewed in-person at the gala. The silent auction will close on May 4 at midnight.

Guests will be assigned a bid number, which will be printed on the back of your program. To bid on live auction items, visibly wave your bid number. Continue to hold your card in view of the auctioneer until your bid number is called. If you are the highest bidder, the auctioneer will announce your bid number as the winner. A volunteer will record your bid number on a confirmation sheet and this amount will be later posted to your bill.

All credit cards will be run after the event on Monday, May 6, unless you opt for an automatic check-out. Auction items will be available for pick-up at Grauer during the week of May 6.

Yes. Receipts detailing purchases will be generated directly from the OneCause auction software. The Development Office will follow-up with any official gift receipts and acknowledgements for gifts of check, cash or stock, and in support of our Raise the Paddle. Please note that tickets to the gala are not recognized as a charitable contribution to Grauer, unless they are VIP purchases.
