Admissions Timeline

We give tours and accept applications year-round, but priority is given to candidates who meet these deadlines:

November 3 – Open House, 11:00 AM – 2 PM

November 5 – Private touring begins (no private tours before this time, unless family is from out of town.)

January 18 – Priority Admissions* applications DUE

February 12 – Priority Admissions* acceptance notifications mailed

February 2 – Priority Admissions* enrollment deposits DUE

[*Priority Admissions is for 6th and 7th grade applicants who know The Grauer School is their first choice school.  Qualified candidates will be given the opportunity to secure their seat early.  To qualify, an applicant must demonstrate the ability to excel in a college prep environment.]

March 1 – Regular Admissions applications DUE

March 1 – Scholarship applications DUE (Re-enrolling families will be notified of award decisions the following week.)

March 8 – Re-enrollment deposits for returning students DUE

March 12 – Regular Admission acceptance notifications and new scholarship determinations are mailed.

March 23 – Regular admission deposits for following academic year DUE

March 23 – Rolling Admissions begins, based upon space available
